1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO addresses.
At this time, we do not offer shipping to U.S. territories or international destinations outside the United States.
2. Shipping Methods & Charges
We offer the following shipping options within the contiguous United States:

All orders require processing before shipment.

Delivery timelines are estimates and begin after the order has been dispatched, not from the order date.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing your tracking number, which can be used to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.
6. Shipping Partners & Security
Blue Ice Gems partners with trusted U.S. carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure secure delivery.
For added protection, signature confirmation is required for orders above a specified value (typically $500 or more). Packages will not be left unattended without a signature.
7. Secure Packaging
All fine jewelry items are packaged discreetly in secure, tamper-proof packaging to protect your purchase during transit.
Certificates of Authenticity or Appraisal (when applicable) are included within the package.
8. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Our team will work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and ensure you receive your Blue Ice Gems jewelry.
