We offer a 15-day return period, starting from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, email us at info@fashionwomen.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Step 2 – Approval & Shipping
All returns require prior authorization. Once approved, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label along with detailed instructions.
Security Notice
Returns must be shipped using the provided label. We strongly recommend keeping proof of shipment.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@fashionwomen.com.
We will arrange a pre-paid return and resolve the issue promptly by either:

Sending a replacement item at no additional cost, or

6. Jewelry Sizing & Adjustments

We strongly recommend confirming your size before placing an order.

If a standard resizing is required (such as ring resizing), a flat $50 resizing fee applies. This covers secure return shipping and re-delivery.

The original item must be returned and inspected before any resizing or replacement is processed.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item (style, color, or metal), please:

8. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status.
