The 24K Solid Gold PRIME Bottle

Daniel describes one of the most ambitious and high-profile projects ever undertaken at our workshop: a fully solid 24-karat gold bottle commissioned by PRIME.
“This was one of my favorite projects and among the most expensive pieces we’ve ever created. The entire order totaled two million dollars, a figure almost unheard of in the jewelry business. The idea itself was extraordinary: a full-size, solid gold bottle.
PRIME, one of the world’s most popular energy drink brands, planned an entire event around it, culminating in someone winning a half-million-dollar bottle.
The engineering was a true challenge. Regular casting facilities couldn’t handle the size or weight, so we partnered with a specialist. We had to ensure the cap screwed on and off properly and manage issues like material purity. A test melt actually exploded due to zinc contamination, so we switched to pure gold.
Working with 24K gold is notoriously difficult because it’s so soft, making polishing and shaping particularly challenging. Despite the hurdles, it was a privilege to see the finished piece, a testament to what’s possible in custom jewelry when you’re willing to innovate and persist.”
This project demonstrates not just luxury design but the problem-solving and engineering expertise required to deliver a one-of-a-kind statement piece.
Custom Natural Diamond Chain and Pendant Set for Pauly
Another standout project was the custom diamond chain and pendant set created for celebrity DJ Pauly D.
“I set myself a personal challenge to complete this entire custom diamond set within a single month. It was a demanding schedule that required true teamwork. I worked through the day and joined production overnight from midnight to six in the morning.
I even boarded my flight in pajamas because there was no time to change. But seeing Pauly D’s reaction made every moment worth it. It wasn’t just delivering on time, it was bringing his vision to life, exactly as he imagined it. That’s what I love about custom jewelry: turning someone’s dream into reality with meticulous attention to detail.”
